1. Warm up – Introduction of the song of being “brave” (5 mins)

- Show the video and talk about “How to be brave?”
- Discuss with students about “What things are they afraid of doing?” “Is there anything they have done successfully after constant trying?” after the video.
- Ask some leading questions from the book cover.
- Play the audio of the story first time.
- Read and ask students to repeat after the story by Live Pen.
- Discuss the worksheet with students.
- Go through the answer with students.
- Watch “Seasons for kids” video, pause and talk about the seasonal changes with the students.
- Talk about what would happen when seasons change.
- Activity: Growth Timeline Race
- How to Play: Divide students into teams and give each team a set of cards with life stages (baby, toddler, child, teenager, adult, elderly). The teams must race to arrange the cards in the correct order. Afterward, ask each group to share what they think happens during each stage of life (e.g., learning to walk, going to school, getting a job).
- Focus: Understanding stages of growing up and discussing life changes.
Steps:
- Ask some wrap up questions. For example:
- When was Little Fox born?
- How does it feel in spring?
- Does Little Fox grow bigger and taller in summer?
- Where do they go to feel “fall”?
- How does Little Fox feel at the end?
- What is your favorite season? Why? Do you grow bigger and taller when seasons change?
- Are you brave? Do you like to feel things?
- Discuss the answers with students.
