★Course Regulations★

1. If less than 10 people register, LiveABC reserves the right to cancel the class.
2. A teacher who registered in advance, but is late for class, may not be able to attend the class. Seats are NOT reserved.
3. A teacher who would like to join the course without registering in advance must wait at the check-in counter. After all the registered teachers are seated, or the class starts, and if there are still seats remaining, the teacher may join the class.
4. During the contract period, teachers who have three unexcused absents will not be eligible for teacher training for three months. During the suspension period, the teacher cannot register or attend any training classes and redeem the points.
5. Be punctual for the class and full participated. If the teacher is late or leaves early, LiveABC reserves the right to withhold his/her points.
6. Please sign in to the website and fill in the questionnaire. Teachers will receive points after completing these steps.
7. Do not record or film in-person or online classes. All of the contents of the course are protected by the Copyright Act. Except after obtaining authorization in accordance with Copyright Act, you must not record the contents or otherwise reproduce, publicly transmit, or distribute the contents, so as not to violate the Act.
8. Do not eat, drink, or talk during class, and place your mobile phones on silent.

★Refund Policy★

1. 60+ days before the class start date, you can get a 95% refund.
2. 59-8 days before the class start date, you can get a 90% refund.
3. 7 days to 1 day before the class start date, you can get an 80% refund.
4. On the class date or if you are absent from a class, you CANNOT get a refund.
